I've listened to a debate involving Doctor Turek (same subject) and, quite frankly, his arguments are pants ... he constantly uses arguments that involve special pleading (something that the scientific & atheist camps do not do).

To give him his die Turek is very entertaining (and I mean that genuinely).

On the blog there is a very good comment from a guy called "Tim D", who sums up quite nicely what I also think about that debate.
The universe never did make sense; I suspect it was built on government contract.

Quite frankly I thought Hitchens p***ed (my word) all over Turek's arguments yet did so in a way that was polite and persuasive.
